MONASTERY of ROUSANOU / CONVENT
Not much to take photo of at the Convent, but the views were just as amazing and I couldn’t put my camera down.
The Monk Prison - if a monk was thinking about leaving the monastery he’d have to go here and think and pray.
WALKING BACK TO KASTRAKI
(greek for little castle)
Not laundry in this photos, once a year villagers climb (yes rock climb) up to that spot and hang a scarf as a thank you to the god who saved a ladies husband decades ago.
The pillar in the middle is called “XXX” and is where I hiked the previous day.
